Good job Louisa!!

Soo..Anna was talking in her post about how she made a group contribution. In the spirit of contributing, I made an important one today also! :D

I had to go to this info session about how to transfer your abroad credits (I'm going to Belgium!!!!!!!!! YEAHHHH HOORAY), most of it was pretty self-explanatory once you get on the site but I can see how people might have a lot of annoying questions that the office would not want to deal with.

Tangent: There is one guy at the abroad office who works there who is like a cute gay dude with a lisp (how typical) but he seems REALLY annoyed at all Penn students, as if he thinks we are all incredibly spoiled. I have seen him talking to normal people and he acted REALLY nice which was so weird because he is just always so p/o whenever he talks to Penn students who are going abroad. I mean I can understand that students can be very pester-y and blockhead-ish but his daily level of peevishness is unnecessary.

Anyway there was this sheet that was supposed to be passed around throughout the hour so that people could sign in so that you can get checked off for having attended this lovely mandatory event. Someone was VERY bad at passing because afterwards, hardly anyone had signed in (I'd say there were about 100-125 people there?). Alright my moment is coming up!

Everyone is bunched around the sheet, which upon closer inspection is multiple (about 5) sheets stapled together. And I said, "Hey..maybe we could separate the sheets...." Everyone got checked in at least 1000x faster.

YESSS! :)
