Success

I made it in 23:57!!!!

Maybe the course wasn't quite 5K -_-;;

But yeah!! I was the second girl. :D I think there were less than 10 girls (less than 30 people total; it was raining, it's Sunday..yeah).

For some reason APSC or whoever organised it didn't split the thing up men/women which is just stupid because guys obviously have a natural advantage uhhh hello!? AND all the top prizes were like here's some money to go to the SPA/SALON! But it's their first year so I guess they haven't worked everything out yet.

The race started about half an hour after they said it would. The promised free Chipotle burritos didn't come until at least an hour after everyone was done running, and it was pretty cold outside (for the end of April). The bubble tea spilled and got sogginess all over the bananas and bagels. Good thing bananas have naturlijke protection! :)

Eventually I had to go, so I told my friend to grab me a burrito. I was not very confident about leaving him with this task though, because he's rather timid. Nonetheless, I went to his room after swimming to grab it, but only ONE of his roommates was home. In the refrigerator there were TWO burritos, but thing is, one of his other roommates (not the one who was home) also ran the race; as a result, I had no idea if one of them was mine!!!

So I took one anyway and I'm just going to wait until I hear from him to see if I'm allowed to eat it or not. XD

I am getting VERY hungry though...

Oooh yeah and we got free bags and t-shirts!!! And two mini luna bars (emphasis on mini). Well kind of free if you don't consider the registration fee!
