Ugh

I have not blogged all of April...not because I've forgotten but because I have nothing to say. Except that yesterday...

I baked some sugar cookies (courtesy of Tollhouse) encrusted with Reese's pieces! Which were then slathered with icing and sprinkled with some more Reese's pieces!! And I finally made use of my cow sprinkles. I thought I was never going to get to those. I even placed them upright in the icing which was a huge waste of time but I did it for the cows. Who wants to lie in icing all day?? That is very awkward access; for cows, I would say that it's much easier to graze if you are standing.

Finished my nutrition project. I've always felt that I eat a somewhat healthier than the average American college student, and a LOT healthier than most guys my age. But my intake was probably adequate for less than half the vitamins/minerals, which makes me wonder how everyone's bodies are doing in response to the abuse they endure every day.
